Coca-Cola Training Employees to ‘Be Less White’

Coca-Cola is reportedly forcing employees to go through racism training that teaches white workers to ‘be less white.’

The training slides shared on twitter by an internal whistleblower show instructions on how employees can ‘be less white.’

“Be less oppressive, be less arrogant, be less certain, be less defensive, be less ignorant, be more humble, listen, believe, break with apathy, break with white solidarity” are all things Coca-Cola allegedly believes their employees can do to ‘be less white’.

Political Commentator and Employment Lawyer, Harmeet Dhillon tweeted out the training slide images saying they looked like, ‘blatant racial discrimination’ to her. The tweet is shared below:

Images show a section of the training titled “Confronting Racism. Understanding what it means to be white. Challenging what it means to be racist.”

Coca-Cola even doubled down after facing backlash claiming the training was designed to teach employees about workplace inclusion.
