Inflation up 7% over past year
The Biden administration’s policies have led to a massive inflation surge.
Inflation continues to surge, hammering hardworking, patriotic Americans. “The consumer price index, an inflation gauge that measures costs across dozens of items, rose 7% in December from a year earlier, the fastest pace since June 1982,” CNBC reported.
The news outlet tried to downplay the terrible news for American consumers, by noting that inflation only went up 5.5% if you remove food and energy prices.
Some reasons for the surge in inflation include the war on natural gas and oil waged by the Biden-Harris-AOC administration as well as the trillions of dollars pumped into the economy.
