WATCH: Chris Cuomo & CPAC Chair Matt Schlapp Get Into HEATED Argument During CNN Interview
CNN’s Chris Cuomo and the Chairman of the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), Matt Schlapp clashed on CNN Monday evening while interviewing about President Trump’s invitation to headline the annual conference.
Cuomo accused President Trump of lying about the 2020 election and claimed that Schlapp inviting him was an endorsement of those alleged lies.
Schlapp did not take well to the criticism from the often angry CNN host and the entire interview would become a contentious debate between the two men.
Cuomo Prime Time tweeted out the full interview/argument between Schlapp and Cuomo, it is shared below.
Schlapp stood his ground throughout the interview in support of inviting former President Trump as the headliner despite Cuomo’s constant attacks against the conference chairman.
Matt & Mercedes Schlapp have remained loyal to President Donald Trump throughout the entirety of his public service.
