2021 Oscars TV Ratings Experience MASSIVE Drop

Ratings for the movie award show, the Oscars, have dropped once again in 2021.

The Oscars, a once entertaining and family-friendly awards show, has faced another ratings drop after years of pushing leftist, anti-Republican politics.

“The 2021 Oscars fell more than 50% year-over-year in overnight ratings,” according to outkick.com.

“Get woke, go broke,” Clay Travis tweeted. “Absolute disaster for Hollywood.”

An insider told the New York Times that “minute-by-minute post-show ratings analysis indicated that ‘vast swaths’ of people turned off their televisions when celebrities started to opine on politics.”

The writing was on the wall before the event as well with many predicting the steep ratings drop.

“They haven't talked to us about it and we're not thinking about it,” Oscars producer Stacey Sher told the Hollywood Reporter before the event about ABC’s ratings prediction.
